The world is now turning towards Africa, there is more potential for growth of business in Africa than any other country. The government's policy to welcome foreign investors brought in many companies to set up their venture, which in turn increased job opportunities and improved the lives of the people. The demand for air travelling will increase in the coming years with more international trade, export, import, buyer-seller meetings, transport of goods, casual flying etc. Tourism is a strong sector in Africa, providing more fleets and renovating airports, can bring in foreign exchange through tourists. Africa is a beautiful country and tourists flock in to explore its natural beauty and observe the wild animals living in their natural habitats. If travelling is a hassle with too many connecting flights, and then continuing on road, rail or ship to reach the destination, it will be a major put off. Hence, providing direct flights, better airports and transportation might bring in more tourists to the country. If the government can initiate more national airlines and provide comfort and good service while flying, it will also gain more international exposure.

Just like tourism, cargo is also a major player in the aviation industry. Now, Africa uses just two percent of the global air cargo, considering the potential business the country is capable of, we need to exploit the resources available and utilize the cargo opportunities to the maximum. With increased demand for online shopping, retailing, trade, foreign investment, import, export, raw materials, hospitality and tourism the potential of air cargo can be expanded strongly in Africa. Transfer of goods from A to B directly through cargo flights without any obstruction or deviation, making way for smoother transportation helps conduct effective business. Increasing business ventures in Africa call for more opportunity in Aviation industry particularly airline and cargo to expand and grow. Expansion in the aviation industry improves economy, increases global presence and investment operations.
